We offer 4 delivery options:

1. Standard Delivery – Evri (3–4 working days) £4.95 

2. Next Day Click & Collect – DPD (£3.95) or FREE over £75 Available at over 7,000 pick-up locations. Recommended for apartments or shared buildings.

3. Next Day Home Delivery – Evri (£5.95) Get your items delivered to your home swiftly with our fastest home delivery service.
   

4. Next Day Home Delivery – DPD (£6.95) Get a one-hour delivery time slot, text and email on the day of delivery, and the driver's location in real time.
   

For next-day services, orders must be placed before 4.00 pm (Mon-Fri). Weekend and public holiday orders ship the next working day.

Security & Liability
If no one is available and a parcel is left in a communal area or designated safe place and later reported missing, Oswin Hyde is unable to provide a refund or replacement. By selecting home delivery, customers accept this risk. For maximum security, please choose DPD Click & Collect.

International Shipping (Estimated Times)

• Europe: 3–5 working days

• USA: 3–4 working days

• Rest of World: 2–4 working days

Important:

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed

• We reserve the right to change the courier if needed

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if there are delays

• Diverting parcels to a parcel shop or alternative address may result in longer delivery times beyond our control. Please be advised that unsuccessful diversions often result in the item being returned to the sender.
